Michael J. Audino, President
Michael is a seasoned executive and life-long educator with over 35 years of organizational development, program management, marketing, and public policy experience. He humbly combines his recognized subject matter expertise with a distinguished record of trust and ethical conduct to help organizations and individuals plan their futures, tell their stories, and formulate strategic partnerships.
Michael serves as a Senior Researcher with the Center for Urban Transportation Research and as an adjunct faculty member in the College of Engineering at the University of South Florida where he spearheads airport and public transit-related research and education initiatives.
Michael is the Principal at Audino & Associates, a consultancy that facilitates and develops strategic and operational plans, designs and implements communications and public outreach initiatives, and develops and delivers education seminars for public sector and non-profit sector clients
Michael co-founded the Charitable Giving Resource Center, a for-profit company that has helped over 100 nonprofit organizations build organizational capacity, increase fundraising capabilities, and improve operational performance. He is also a contributing author to “Getting There: A Monetary and Fundraising Guide for Charities”, 3rd Edition.
Michael’s broad-based professional career includes service as Director of Marketing and Business Development for the Des Moines International Airport, Director of the Air & Transit Division for the Iowa Department of Transportation, Business Retention Specialist for the Greater Des Moines Chamber of Commerce, Executive Director of the Southwest Iowa Planning Council, Program Manager for the Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority, and Program Planner for Dynatrend Incorporated.
Michael is President of the Board of St. Petersburg-based Impact Pinellas and he serves on the Board of Directors of the Iowa Transportation Museum in Grinnell, Iowa. Michael also chairs the Circles St. Petersburg working group, a collaborative initiative designed to help eliminate poverty in south St. Petersburg. Michael proudly serves as a student mentor at Bear Creek Elementary and Azalea Middle Schools in Pinellas County. Michael also delivers mentor training for the Pinellas County School District’s Lunch Pals program.
Michael holds a Master’s degree in Business Leadership from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Community and Regional Planning from Iowa State University.
